More than 12 years in this field and coupled with good interpersonal skills, we double our capability in dealing with our foreign recruiter in these main aspects namely;
Selection (1st interview)
The foreign recruiter ensures that only serious and determined to work maids are selected direct from their homes and no intermediate sponsors
Family background (2nd interview)
The recruiter interviews the family and finds out the needs of the potential maid’s dependant family e.g children or aged parents. At this stage they get ‘surat izin’ consent letter from family
Financial dependence
Housemaids from Indonesia have needs that are generally related to the funds for the betterment of their family. As a recruiter, if we satisfy these needs the maids are usually very content and happy. This is very important before their actual salary kicks in
Career plan
The potential maid is given an agreement to sign to ensure she is serious about the binding of contract to work for min 2 years and agree on other terms and conditions
Video Interview with local recruiter (3rd interview)
Here the potential maid is interviewed on her Aptitude to work, Experience and Choice of employer based on her age and experience and willingness to work

It is our main and utmost purpose of our service to place a reliable housemaid in your house that will help you so that you can be at ease with your daily chores at home. Also a housemaid that will care for your family while you are at work.

Package and Fee
Our package is very competitive and consistent with the market rate. We recruit our housemaids from various locations in Indonesia minimizing any intermediate sponsor.
Sourcing, recruiting, food & accommodation, foreign travel and all other expenses incurred prior to leaving the source country including foreign agent fee. | |
Passport application and other cost involved in documentation for immigration including ‘duit saku’. | |
Local recruiter fee, transportation, food and accommodation including Pre-fomema medical. | |

Medical Validity
The successful housemaids arrive in Malaysia via flight on a tourist visa which is approved and accepted by Malaysian authorities. Upon arrival, a stringent medical test is needed for the housemaid and we do a pre-fomema test with x-ray prior to placing them at employer’s house.
Permit Application
Upon employment, the tourist visa will then be converted into a housemaid permit via SMO (system maid online). SMO is very user friendly application that can be easily mastered by an employer.
